Step 2: Connect Your Band Calendar

Step 2: Connect Your Band Calendar

If your band or venue already uses:

  • Google Calendar,
  • Apple Calendar,
  • or another public calendar system,

you can share your public calendar feed with Tucson Local Bands so your upcoming performances may automatically appear on our calendar.

Connecting your public calendar can help:

  • keep your upcoming gigs updated automatically,
  • make it easier for fans to discover your shows,
  • connect your events directly to your Tucson Local Bands profile,
  • help fans learn more about your music before attending a show,
  • help us feature events more accurately,
  • and improve your chances of being included in weekly roundups, newsletters, and social media spotlights.

A Community-Powered Music Calendar

Tucson’s live music scene is incredibly active, and there is no realistic way for a small volunteer team to manually track every performance happening across the city. That is why public calendar feeds are so important.

When bands and venues maintain public calendars, it helps Tucson Local Bands:

  • keep the community calendar more accurate,
  • promote more local musicians,
  • connect fans with upcoming performances,
  • and help keep Tucson filled with live music.

We truly appreciate the bands, venues, fans, and community members who help keep the calendar updated and thriving.

Before You Share Your Calendar

To help keep the Tucson Local Bands calendar accurate and useful for fans, we ask that public calendars include:

  • actual public performances only,
  • clear event titles such as “Band Name at Venue Name,”
  • start and end times,
  • venue/location information,
  • and preferably event descriptions, flyers, ticket links, or additional details.

Please do not include:

  • private events,
  • personal reminders,
  • vacations,
  • rehearsals,
  • dentist appointments,
  • or unrelated calendar items.

Tucson Local Bands reserves the right to remove calendar feeds that contain unrelated personal events, incomplete event information, spam, duplicate entries, or non-public content.

We know mistakes happen, and we will usually reach out first if something needs attention.
