Bands are always listed for free. Always have been. Always will be.
Love local music? So do we!
TucsonLocalBands.com is a passion project run by two Tucson native sisters, Erika Tenney and Kandra Jean. We created this site and directory to help shine a light on Tucson’s incredible musicians, bands, venues, and live music scene.
But we can’t do it alone.
Any support you share helps keep this project alive and growing. We never charge bands to be listed here. Every bit of support goes toward maintaining the website and helping more fans discover the amazing music happening all around Tucson.
Your support helps us:
🎸 Keep the website running smoothly
Hosting, tools, and tech all cost money — and this site runs entirely on volunteer effort.
🎤 Spotlight Tucson’s bands, venues, and live shows
Helping fans discover who’s playing around town so more people show up and support live music. This includes social media, and traditional media (see the news reels below!).
💰 Help keep the tip jars full around town
The more fans who discover bands through the directory and calendar, the more support goes directly to the musicians. And when donations allow, we love adding a little extra community tip to the jars when we’re out enjoying live music.
🎶 Connect more fans with great local music
More fans at shows means stronger venues, thriving bands, and a healthier Tucson music scene.
We’re just two sisters who started a site to support Tucson’s music community, because we love it so much.
If Tucson’s music has ever made your night better, helped you discover a new favorite band, or filled a dance floor with good energy, consider tossing a little something in our Tucson Local Bands tip jar.
Every bit helps us do our part to keep Tucson filled with music!❤️🎶
