The Patagonia Lumber Company building was a field office for the Arizona Timber Company, based in Flagstaff, Arizona. Arizona's timber industry began during the 1850s, in order to supply lumber to emerging mining operations in the Tubac region and Santa Rita Mountains.

The Patagonia Lumber Company is now owned by Heidi and Zander Ault who are the founders of , and : Patagonia's gravel road cycling event. The Patagonia Lumber Company is a place to stop, learn, discover where to go, enjoy great coffee, Arizona wine, and beer, and celebrate our small town vibe, that so many have fallen in love with.
